This week's topic was about sustainability, an issue very relevant to our time as we are facing climate change issues such as glaciers melting, the water levels rising up, and increasing temperatures all around the world.

In Nigeria the key environmental issues faces include land degradation, deforestation, and land, water and air pollution among others.

As an individual, I combat climate change by being mindful of my consumption. In our capitalistic economy, money is power. And I can vote with my money, hence I try my very best to buy only products that support the environment, and boycott products and companies that damage and destroy the environment. Not only that, I try to not waste, use too much plastic, or over consume.
